Looking for a warm, welcoming space to bring your offerings to life? Our Community Room is the perfect setting for your next event — whether it’s a workshop, sound bath, healing circle, breathwork session, movement class, or anything else your heart envisions.

🌿 Available on weekends and select weekdays, this comfortable and versatile space can be adapted to suit your unique needs.

We believe in supporting community-centered work, which is why we offer flexible, customizable rental fees to honor and accommodate the nature of your offering.

✨ The room includes 7 comfy recliners and can easily be cleared or rearranged for yoga mats, floor seating, or other setups. It comfortably fits 12–15 yoga mats. Please note: yoga mats, cushions, additional chairs, or tables can be brought in by the rentee.

Space Rental Agreement Options

We’re committed to supporting community offerings with fair, flexible rental options. Below are example structures for room use—rates and terms can be tailored based on the nature of your event.

Option 1: Flat Room Rental Fee

If charging $20 or more per person for your event (with 7 or more attendees):

• Room Rental: $30 per hour
• Discounted Rate: $20 per hour for bookings of 3 hours or more
• Includes:
  • Grace period of 30 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup
  • Use of space for agreed duration
  • Renter is responsible for returning the space to its original state

Option 2: Percentage-Based Rental (Sliding Scale / Donation-Based Events)

If charging less than $20 per person or offering a sliding scale or donation-based model:

• Room Fee: 20% of total funds collected for the event
• Includes:
  • Use of space for up to 3 hours
  • 30-minute grace period before and after the event
  • Renter is responsible for setup, breakdown, and light cleanup
